Ready to level-up your sushi knowledge with an in-person sushi experience? During this interactive class, you will be taught the fundamentals of sushi - from how to prepare your rice to mastering the art of the perfect roll. We will use sustainable seafood and plant-based tuna to teach you how to make some of your favorite sushi rolls.

How This Works

    1. Pick your desired date and time.

    2. After scheduling, we will ask for information of participants like names, contact information, dietary restrictions, etc.

    3. We will provide a link that includes an Event Prep Guide along with information about your event.

    4. On the day of event, we will open our doors 30 minutes before the scheduled event time.

    5. Our chef instructors will greet you and your team, then begin with the cooking event!

    • There’s a 10-day gap between scheduling the closest event date to give us time to gather ingredients and prepare our facility!

    • In-Person events are limited to the Bay Area for now.

    • You can come to us, or we can come to your office!

    • There is an 8-participant minimum for In-Person Sushi Making class.

  • The follow ingredients and equipment will be provided at the venue to make three different sushi rolls (Salmon Avocado Roll, Spicy Plant-Based Tuna Roll, California Roll, and Handrolls)

    • Bamboo mat

    • Nori (Seaweed)

    • Seasoned sushi rice

    • Sushi-grade salmon

    • Plant-based tuna

    • Imitation crab

    • Cucumber

    • Avocado

    • Sesame seeds

    • Pickled ginger

    • Wasabi

    • Plus complimentary Green tea
