Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine ground pork, ground beef, panko breadcrumbs, green onions, minced garlic, gochujang, soy sauce, sesame oil, grated ginger, black pepper, and beaten egg. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly incorporated.

  2. Shape the mixture into small meatballs, approximately 1 inch in diameter.

  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the meatballs and cook until browned on all sides and cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. Remove the meatballs from the skillet and set them aside.
