If not the the most popular dish of the Philippines, chicken adobo is THE unofficial national dish. This sung hero is praised in many Filipino households with many who claim their family recipe is the best. Salty, sour, and sometimes sweet, this dish has taken many forms throughout generations.

In this version of adobo, we journey to the Bicol area of the Philippines whose region is iconic for the use of coconut milk and chili. Although a fairly simple mix of soy sauce and vinegar will do the job, we’re excited to showcase the Filipino-owned brand, Fila Manila.

How It Works

  4. Join Virtually and Get Cooking!

    1. Pick your desired date and time.

    2. After scheduling, we will ask for information of participants like names, delivery address, dietary restrictions, etc.

    3. Once we have all the information, we will pack and ship a kit of ingredients to each and every participant.

    4. While it ships, we will provide a link that includes an Event Prep Guide along with the tracking numbers and virtual meeting information.

    5. On the day of event, we will hop on the virtual meeting 15 minutes before the scheduled time to anticipate any early birds.

    6. Our chef instructors will meet you and your team in the virtual meeting and will start the cooking class at the scheduled event time.

    7. Once the cooking class is done, we will email you the screenshots we took during the event of the participants holding up their finished product!

    • There’s a 10-day gap in scheduling the closest event date to give us time to gather shipping information and to ship out the kits!

    • We ship to all 50 U.S. states via UPS 2-Day Air or USPS and Canada via UPS Worldwide. (shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may cost extra)

    • For Virtual Classes, we use meeting platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams!

    • There is a 10-participant minimum for all virtual classes.
